Afternoon session: Follow up opportunities in a professional and confident manner

By the end of this seminar, delegates will:

Know how to overcome those fears and concerns when picking up the phone
Understand the consequences of not calling
Know what to do straight after an event
Successfully prepare and plan for the call
Be anticipating the 4 scenarios when picking up the phone
Know how to leave important, impactful messages on the answer phone
Be able to manoeuvre around gatekeepers
Know your script to the prospect
Be able to deal with the 6 possible responses
